Return Policy
Non-Defective Returns
Unless agreed in writing prior to sale, all products sold by CDSG Inc. (including Vault Disk products, special order items, OEM products and bare drives) are non-returnable except under normal warranty.
Defective Returns
Any defective product purchased from CDSG Inc may be returned within the applicable warranty period for repair or replacement. In some cases where a repair or replacement is not possible, a credit may be issued. Any product purchased from an authorized CDSG, Inc. reseller or distributor should be returned to the original place of purchase for warranty service. CDSG Inc. will make all reasonable attempts to prioritize DOA returns, however we are unable to offer advance replacement.
USE OF PRODUCTS:
Products are not authorized for use in critical safety or other applications where a failure may reasonably be expected to result in personal injury, loss of life, or catastrophic property damage. If customer uses or sells the Products for use in any such applications, Customer acknowledges that such use or sale is at Customer’s sole risk. Customer will indemnify, defend and hold CDSG, Inc. and the Product manufacturer harmless from and against any and all liabilities and costs arising out of or in connection with such use or sale.
GOVERNING LAW:
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington excluding its choice of law provisions.
Return Procedure
To return an item, fill out this technical support form or call +1(360) 816-1800 Opt 4 to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
Please have these items available when requesting an RMA: CDSG Part Number(s), and your return “Ship To” Address.
